The fixed capital of Severočeská Vodárenská company is divided in 7 605 482 000 shares with nominal value of 1 000 CZK.
All the shares are documented shares and they cannot be sold on the public market. The shareholder of the company can be a community (§ 1 Law No. 128/2000). Shares as well as connected rights are transferable between communities who were stockholders on the date 31 December 2000 only after prior approval of company auditors and stock transfer to other communities is enabled only after prior approval of general assembly.
7 605 481 shares are in the ownership of towns and communities.
One share equipped with special rights was owned by Czech National Property Fund and the shareholder rights were exercised by the Czech Ministry of Agriculture. Due to the Czech Government decree No. 1334 from 22 November 2006 and the decision of the Czech Ministry of Finance Ref. No. 42/112498/2006 from 20 December 2006 it was resolved that this one piece of share equipped with special rights of the state was privatized by direct sale for a purchase price of 1 000 CZK.
