The supreme company body is a general assembly which makes decisions particularly about proprietary matters, alterations of the articles, alteration of capital, annual balance sheet, assignments, company structural transformation and it votes superiors and the main section of supervisory board. Voting rights of general assembly are according to the number of shares.
The auditing and strategic body of the company is the supervisory board with its 12 members including the city representatives and shareholders each region nominates one delegate. Two members of the supervisory board are elected by staff vote. The main task of the supervisory board is to watch over the achievement and activity of the board of directors and to monitor implementation of enterprise activities. The supervisory board´s term of office is three years.
The regulatory company authority is the quinary board of directors including the experts on management and the city representatives. The board of directors ensures the leading of company and convocation of the assembly, conception of bussiness activities, fulfilment of decision and resolution of assembly and it also establishes the director genaral. The term of office is four years.
The director general is appointed by the board of directors and he ensures the function of company management. The company management, property statistics, strategic planning, investment preparation and its funding is a task list of all 37 employees.
Organization structure of the company is divided into the director general´s office and three departments :

Development and planning department - responsible for processing of mid-term, long-term developing and conceptual company documents, its continuous evaluation and improvement suggestion in agreement with the company mission, valid legislation and development plans of the organizations of state administration.

Investment and property department responsible for protection of the project documentation, administrative decisions, implementation of the constructions for water management property renewal and development, acquisition and trusteeship of investment tangible property in light of working state.

Economic department - responsible for the creation of cost and profit budgets of the company and for its projection in the investment expense budget, it evaluates the records and it takes control of company cashflow, it ensures the company accountancy and economic analyses of the records, analyses of acquisiton efficiency, planning, monitoring and prediction of financial risks.

Director General´s Office - reponsible for company records, internal and external communication of SVS, administration, law service, internal audit and it assures the claiming of the quality management systém in the company.
