Capital construction

At the time of its creation, the company took over an extensible infrastructure property with considerable environmental burden inherited from the past. The prime requisite was the completion of sewage systems and the construction of waste-water treatment plants. The high volume investment programme in which the company used its own resources and also the funds and grants from the state budget, grants of the European Union (ISPA, Cohesive Fund) and of the German Ministry of Environment (BMU), made the construction of crucial waste treatment objects possible. These activities were necessary for marked water pollution control (especially rivers) in the north of Bohemia as well as in the border regions.
