The trade mark usage is subjected to the rights of industrial property objects which are provided on the basis of Czech legislation or on the basis of international agreements strict for the Czech Republic. Protection of these type of intangible industrial rights is solved by the registration with Industrial Property Office. The company trade mark is registered with Industrial Property Office, insert No. 197754.

SVS trade mark limitation:

If there is no ordered advertisement with trade mark use, please, be so kind and always give the message about the logo SVS useness to an email jiri.hladik@svs.cz and write the concrete purpose (mention of SVS within the frame of promotion of the projects and actions as a partner/ organizer/ sponsor).

• It is possible to use an abbreviation SVS in process of longer writing but it is necessary to mention the full firm name at first, for example: „Severočeská vodárenská společnost a. s. (thereinafter as SVS)…“
