Who should I apply to?

There is very often an inquiry as to who is the real proprietor of the water resources infrastructure and who is the operating company and what is the difference in their competences.

Severočeská Vodárenská Společnost a.s. (SVS a.s.) is in the market in the area of construction and management of water resources infrastructure for 12 years and it is the proprietor of water resources property of 459 cities and communities of Ústecký and partly Liberecký districts. In coordination with the shareholders – north-Bohemian cities and communities – ensures the development and renewal of water resources infrastructure in accordance with the valid legislation.

Operating of the property is due to the long-term agreement entrusted to the operating company Severočeské vodovody a kanalizace, a.s. (SčVK, a.s.)

- contracts about the water delivery and sewage water discharge
- the height of advance money and consumption statement
- report of the water meter state
- information about the accident, shut down and other management events on the water supply network and sewerage system
